Individual Therapy Services
Cash sliding scale $75-250 per/hr. Accept Victims of Crime funds and Cigna
In-person and tele-mental health individual therapy services are offered to adults and children impacted by trauma. An Integrative mental health approach is utilized and may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, TF-CBT, Solution Focused, EFT, Somatic & Mindfulness exercises, Play, Art, Narrative, and Behavioral approaches to meet the client's needs.
*Cigna (Evernorth) and Victims of Crime funding accepted.
Training-Professional Development
In-Person $200 Virtual $150 Per hour
Training on various topics including Trauma-Informed Care/Service Delivery, Mental Health Clinical Skill-Building for Therapists, Child-Welfare Topics for Resource Parents, and Foster Care Social Workers that meet CE yearly requirements. Employee wellness workshops are also offered to support staff's self-care and avoid burnout. These are customized to your organization's needs.
*Additional time may be billed for workshops requiring more preparation when added customization is needed.
Strategic Consulting
$100 virtual $200 on site per hr.
Trauma-Informed Strategic Consulting Services are provided to organizations and individual professionals looking for guidance on Program Design, Curriculum Development or Execution, and Service Delivery or any other project requiring a clinical trauma-informed perspective. We work collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their goals.
*All services including workshops can be customized as needed and could be provided in Spanish.
